6. Refunds, Returns & Custom Orders

- Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable
- Items that have been altered, resized, or engraved are not eligible for return.
- Exceptions require management approval in writing.

Once an order is shipped, Alicia’s Jewelers is not responsible for delays, theft, or damage during transit. Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the item is delivered to the carrier.
We recommend shipping insurance for high-value items. Claims for loss/damage must be fled directly with the shipping provider.
8. Repairs & Maintenance
Repairs done by unauthorized jewelers may void warranties. Alicia’s Jewelers is not responsible for damage caused by third parties. We inspect all repair requests and provide quotes as needed.
